We had a small issue one day getting back into our room because the key scanner thing needed new batteries but they fixed it promptly! The rooms were super clean, beds were comfy, shower was hot, breakfast was great both days. If we’re ever back in Greensboro we will be staying here again!”

Upon arrival night agent couldn’t find the reservation after I had called and informed them I would be arrived after midnight, notes were in the computer which had night agent could not find but magical appeared when the shift changed.
