“Parking was great, plenty of space. The rooms were nice overall, but dusty in some areas (like top of desk) and saw strands of someone's hair in the bathroom.”

“This hotel manages its facility very well. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Linens were well taken care of. Breakfast bar met every expectation and more. Front desk staff handled maintenance concern quickly. Could not have asked for a better experience. If I return to Greensboro I would stay here again.”

“The breakfast bar was not as good as I expected. The room was alright; however, the hotel needs upgrades in the room and especially the bathroom. It had a jetted tub and the bathtub walls needs upgraded. The phone was broken. I could call down for services needed.. Once upgrades are done, I think the hotel will be much better.”

“The overall property was very good. With that being said our room not so much. We had an ant infestation on the bathroom, there was a urine stain on the pull out couch, there were two places on the carpet with crusty stains and the TV remote was filthy.”

“The staff was great. Very pleasant. I had 2 small issues that were immediately resolved by the staff. They really worked as a team and paid attention to guests. The hotel was clean and the cleaning staff was great as well. If I had to completely split hairs and gripe about something, I would love a better gym. This is personal preference and was easily overcome. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you to the staff for your kindness and attention.”

“A very pleasant stay! I stayed two nights while visiting for work. I felt very safe the entire time. As a smoker, I appreciated the ashtrays that are placed strategically to allow you to smoke and easily dispose of your butt. I especially loved the outside seating area and the live plants placed everywhere. Would definitely stay again! And, thank you, Evelyn, for being so kind and helpful! It was such a pleasure meeting you!”
