“Good food, rooms were excellent, clean, plenty of room. Breakfast area... was CROWDED, so be aware that there tends to be a heavy load in there with not a lot of room, and... the seating is kinda weird. E.g. lots of "fancy" stuff instead of plain tables you can sit and eat comfortably.”

“We had a booked originally a different hotel about 20 minutes away and it was absolutely disgusting. We were able to book this one within 30 minutes and be there and check in with no issues! Breakfast was excellent and everything was nice and clean. The staff was also super helpful.”

“The property was clean. My bed was very comfortable, but my shower had somebody blonde hair balled up in a hair ball on the floor and hair throughout the shower. That was gross and disappointing after a long day and evening out and all we wanted to do was step into a clean shower”

“Our first room literally smelled like raw sewage. They changed our room to a room that smelled, but at least it wasn’t raw sewage. I travel all the time and never give a bad review. I went to the bistro and ordered an old-fashioned. They charged me $12 and I left a three dollar tip charge to my room. 10 minutes later a different bartender told me that I can’t make it a room charge and gave me a new bill charging $14 without telling him you should raise the price. “We loved our stay at this Springhill. We were greeted very kindly by the woman at the front desk. Our room was super cozy and spacious. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower. The only thing that was not great was the shower pressure. Overall, we were very pleased and will stay at this hotel again.”
