“The young lady that helped me check in was so sweet and helpful. We had issues finding a parking spot and she helped me fix it. The lady that was putting the breakfast together was a jam, too. Every staff person we encountered was nice.”

“The property was clean. The rooms were clean. It would’ve been nice if the refrigerator had a freezer so that I could freeze my travel bags for my medication and they probably need to do a little more service on their pet area and supply bags.”

“The small kitchen in the room was perfect for what we needed. Beds were comfortable and clean, shower was fine, but I used shampoo for shower gel all weekend cause the shower gel container was broke. I didn't say anything about it cause I just used shampoo. Some of the staff could have been friendlier. The breakfast lady looked angry all the time dispite me trying to talk to her. The pool was had tons of ants in it and it was cloudy. “A/C went out but they fixed it. Then keys wouldn't work..not even the staffs..they had to use crowbar to break into the room, figured out they needed to change lock battery, keyed us new keys which then wouldn't work again, finally got that fixed. I wanted a receipt at the end of our stay but said since I booked thru Expedia they couldn't give me one..that's what I'm most upset about. I still want a receipt and can't get it thru them or Expedia.”
