“I really enjoyed my stay,bed was comfortable and place was really clean and the lady checking us in was friendly and welcoming.”

“Dirty main area and room. Hair on bottle of shampoo. Old towels and sheets. ”

“Breakfast was great, rooms were clean. The only negative the room phone did not work. Could not call for a wake-up call without redressing. The front desk did not answer.”

“Overall wasn’t a bad stay, but you definitely get what you pay for. Good enough for a place to rest but was a bit unsanitary.”

“The property was average. Breakfast was good. The bathroom could use a thorough cleaning. To turn shower on, you'll get inside knowing water will be cold. Staff was friendly”

“Our time at the Holiday Inn Express is always very pleasant, last night we stayed in Gainesville Texas visiting our daughter and tonight we will be attending the one in Decatur Texas. “Tv did not work, shower water didn’t get hot, and toilet flusher barely worked. I shared these concerns with the front desk upon check out. Hopefully it’s resolved for the next guests.”

“One of the queen beds didn’t have sheets in it. Bathroom was old and out dated. Tub was rusty. Beds were comfortable. Room did have a musty smell. Overall we felt safe but facility is run down. ”

“The hairdryer was broken and told the night person,, no response. The ice machine was leaking”

“Towels were dirty, the light over the sink was not working. The room had roaches and the bathtub wasn't working right.”
