“A/C worked great, staff was very courteous and efficient. I was skeptical when I booked the room because it was so inexpensive compared too others in the area but I was very pleased with the room. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises. It's older butt they have done a good job of taking care of the property and providing clean up too date amenities.”

“I was told not to stay here, but took a chance anyways. My boyfriend and I took a weekend trip to play at the Winstar casino and decided to stay in Gainesville because it was cheaper. The room was cleaner than I expected, minus a few bugs around the room. There were small bugs that appeared on the floor as the nights went, and upon walking in the bathroom one night, there was a giant cockroach. It wasn’t too big of a deal. I don’t know that I would stay here again, but it worked on a tight...

“Clean room. Had to wait about 10 minutes before I could check in. I was the only one checking in.”

“The road construction hinders the access. The mobility access room did not have walk in facilities and the bed was too high to get in and out of with out assistance. The breakfast area had two tables with regular chairs. Otherwise bar height seating or couches were the available options. Not exactly comfortable for elderly short individuals who have difficulty with mobility.”

“Our room was gross. The facility smelled and the pool was closed even after I called ahead of time to ask if it would be open and they said yes. Almost fell down the stairs because of the loose boards. Breakfast was nasty be used the pancake machine looked moldy. All that $150 a night was crazy”

“The breakfast was delicious. The room was more than adequate, especially taking the rate into consideration. In other words it was a great bargain.”

“I don’t know where they got the photos they posted on Expedia but this place is tun down and dirty! The pool was locked up, room was very dirty to include dried liquids on the walls and even a handprint in the bathroom. There were holes in the walls and ceiling and surfaces had visible dirt, not just dust. We were exhausted when we arrived so we took a nap but went to another hotel for the night. 0/10”

“A place to stay - if you have to. Good staff. Clean room and comfy beds. However, location is very noisy!”

“The towels were stained and so was the bed spread. I found two dead bugs; one on the floor and one on the bed. The shower was nice and the bed was comfortable. All in all it was ok”

“Their staff tried to charge us twice for the room and were extremely rude. The air conditioner worked and there was a bed but other than that it was clear no upkeep was being done on the grounds or rooms. The TV had three remotes but not a channel worked. The door was hard to open and close. The shower leaked and looked really old and it needed maintenance. We slept through the night and checked out ASAP. I will be checking for our deposit back because I don't trust them.”
