Hotel a Pottsboro

“Staff was super property was pretty old our room executive suite at $420 a night had a really bad musky smell to it. Payed an extra $74 for a full breakfast which was basically a Holiday in breakfast. Way overpriced for what we got that's for sure.”

“The room was clean and the property was well maintained. For me there were only 2 negatives with the room - 1 major and 1 minor. The major negative was that the mattress was extremely soft. It was more like sleeping on a soft pillow or old feather bed. rather than a mattress. I work up with back pain. The other minor issue was there wasn’t enough lighting on the vanity which made it hard to apply makeup.”

“Every staff member was very helpful and all spoke to us and was concerned if we needed anything. The bed was very comfortable and room was clean. We enjoyed the breakfast that was delicious. We will stay here again if passing through on our travels.”

“You get what you pay for!!!!.....but this property is designed for success for the value....problem is housekeeping is nonexistent. Thick film of grime/dirt/gunk/mold on every surface. Hard floors, countertops, tiled bathroom.....all they had to do is remove the grease film and I would have been happy...rough neighborhood but I found it acceptably quiet.”
