The room was clean and you can tell the hotel has been updated. Our first room, the a/c came on with a very loud noise that we were not able to ignore. The front desk was quick to investigate and moved us to a new room when the noise was not able to be resolved. In the second room, we found out later that night the toilet would not flush because the water had been turned off to the toilet. After turning the water on and flushing the toilet, we realized the reason the water was turned off was because the toilet was missing the piece in the tank that would turn it off when full. So we just turned the water on and off when we needed to flush. Also, on our last night, when we turned the TV on there was no picture only sound. When we checked out we let the front desk know of the issues. They were very nice.
