“The issue was mainly on the room. Dirty towels, left over soap from previous guest, & cockroach’s. With seeing a dirty restroom made us wonder if the bed was actually clean or simply made.”

“I rented the motel room for Friday the 26th and the Saturday 27th for my 50th class reunion thinking the motel was in Altus okla.,it was advertised in the Altus Web sight.,coming to find out that the motel was in Frederick okla.,so I tried to cancel the booking right there and then and they would not give me a refund on my credit card.,no refunds if you didn't get the insurance,that's so wrong in every way,I tried to get the refund about a minute after I booked it right after I realized it was...

“Air conditioning was horrible, pool was down for maintenance and the continental breakfast was only bagels, waffles and pancakes. Room was never cleaned and bedsheets never changed and we stayed for three night. Worst place I’ve ever stayed.”

“The place is desperate need of a full remodel and update, despite that, it’s not clean at all. The only reason i stayed was everything else was completely booked. The towels and wash cloths were stained and dingy, multiple insects and roaches were seen.”

“This is an older property someone is trying to bring back to life. it's in an industrial part of town and showing its age. When we arrived there were 2 puddles of water on the floor of the room. The knob that controls the shower head was stuck in the shower position and the toilet wouldn't flush. The desk person finally called out a maintenance person who fixed everything except the shower valve.”

“Overall this was a nice place. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The sheets were pilled and a little thin. I prefer a nice cotton sheet. Otherwise, a nice property. ”
