“I didn’t like cleaning, the room is very old and the front desk was rude. Bad experience ”

“Staff at the resort were amazing. From the front desk staff to the life guards all were nice amd always had a smile on their faces. Not to forget helpful. The property was clean and very well kept. The rooms on the other hand were a bit dated The bathroom definately needs some work done. Overall our stay was pleasant. ”

“We did not use amenities because our room alone was is in poor condition, very dusty and dirty furniture. A giant monster moth that owned the place before we got in. There were holes in the blinds from the moth being in there for so long. Overall just a very uncomfortable experience.”

“I love the boutique hotel experience at the Parker so much. Its lively, elegant and very Palm Springs. The service staff from valets to housekeeping to bartenders and servers are beyond expectations. Everytime. The pools are fantastic. Great food and beverages available poolside (frozen fresh lemonade is a must!). The music at the adult pool is also a nice touch. You could easily plan a trip and not leave the property it is so well curated and operated. The dining is five stars and...
