“Pros- great location! Easy walk to the beach. Apartment is as described on the listing. Very clean. Cons- the rental does have a Keurig as listed but you need to bring your own pods. The master bedroom has a sliding door that is only covered with a light beige pull down blind that is see through. Doesn’t ever actually get very dark and people can see in.”

“The only reason, but a huge one, for the lower rating is the furniture. None of the sitting spaces were comfortable. The sofa was so small and hard and the 2 side chairs were so uncomfortable. We left a day early because the weather changed and we were going to have to stay inside. The prospect had us packing. ”

It is quiet and peaceful, and the air conditioning works superbly.There was a lack of communication and planning from the owner that led to an inconvenience in parking and access with our vehicle for 24 hours.Otherwise, this is conveniently located to local attractions i.e. Downtown Brunswick, St. Simons Island, Jekyll Island, etc.We will recommend this property to others.
