Welcome to your perfect St. Simons Island getaway! This private one-bedroom apartment offers a cozy, comfortable stay just two blocks from the beach and one block from some of the island’s best restaurants.

Step into the inviting living area, featuring a large sectional sofa, wall-mounted TV, and a pub-style table perfect for dining or catching up on a little work. The kitchenette is equipped with a pod coffee maker, microwave, toaster, refrigerator/ freezer (please note: there is no stove).

The spacious bedroom includes a plush king bed and dresser for a relaxing, restful stay. Traveling with a child? A twin bed is available upon request just let us know a few days before arrival.

Outside, unwind on your private back patio, complete with a table, chairs, and rocking chairs tucked beneath a canopy of beautiful live oaks and Spanish moss. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Property Layout

This property includes two separate guest spaces:

* Peachtree Retreat (upstairs): private entrance + front porch
* Peachtree Apartment (this unit): private path entrance + full access to backyard


Pet Policy

We love welcoming furry guests! To keep the space comfortable for everyone, please review our pet guidelines:

* Pet fee: $100 (please add your pet to your reservation)
* One dog only (50 lbs or less)
* Must be house-trained and well-behaved
* No excessive barking, scratching, or damage
* Dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds
* Must be crated when left alone in the unit
* Must be leashed at all times outside

Please note: Dogs in heat are not permitted.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet and for any damage caused during their stay. We reserve the right to ask that any disruptive or aggressive pet be removed.
