“Sometimes I would have liked to be able to enjoy my CONTINENTAL breakfast after 9:00 and in my room if I so choosed.”

“The property was pretty great. They are pet friendly and have signs notifying you have your pet roomate in your room for awareness. Staff was very friendly and helpful with all my questions. The room was great but next time I'll ask for a view haha and when i required room service it was done when asked and couldn't be more happy with them! “The room smelled like urine, there was no room service unless you asked for it before 10am. Even though the room service staff was there after the fact, they would not clean the rooms or provide fresh towels. I called the front desk to ask for towels and she gave me one and said that’s all I can have.”

“I booked the hotel and then canceled it. I called the front desk for the cancellation and they told me that they would cancel and refund with a penalty.
