A fourth family showed up after me. The lady working there took the cats outside and never returned. The only other person working was on a phone call for over 30 minutes trying to figure out if there were any clean rooms left before he finally gave a room to the family who showed up AFTER me - the same double...

I could easily hear neighboring room’s showers going. The water sometimes got hot enough to shower and use the sink, but sometimes not. The hair dryer didn’t work.
