“Staff support terrible communication. Website said one thing but staff say another. I seek clarification and told oh yeah that's not updated. Our hrs menus etc changed. We made bookings and paid for it online too be told that's not available anymore. what was supposed to be a romantic weekend away for a engagement proposal was a complicated disaster.we were planning on having our wedding here but after our experience we will be looking elsewhere ”

“Very clean room and newly renovated bathroom. Couldn’t fault the motel for a place to rest our heads. Yes the noise from the motorway was quite loud but that wouldn’t deter us from staying there in the future. Great location for the theme parks.”

“The room was very clean and big enough with a decent sized bed, small sink and bar fridge, sofa, coffee table and bathroom. The breakfast box was handy too with cereal, milk, juice and mini Carmen bars. Staff was very helpful with holding our bags and printing our documents. ”

“Had a great stay at Econo Lodge. It was an impromptu weekend trip and we just needed somewhere to stay for two nights. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well presented. The maid replaced our towels, even though we never put the 'please make up our room' tag. The hotel is conveniently located between Brisbane City and the Gold Coast, which makes it easy to get around if you have a car and are sightseeing the region. “Very welcoming to pets, would have been lovely if there had been an off-leash area somewhere on the property. A slightly more comprehensive range of cooking utensils and pans would also have been great. Overall, a lovely relaxing few days in a beautiful setting”

“Amazing breakfast variety. Fast room service. Extra touches in room were lovely surprises - chocolates, chips, and juices etc. All staff were really friendly. Only 2 slight negatives (neither a huge deal) was coffee not being great and finding a few hairs in the shower.”

Couldnt understnd basic english.”
