“I stayed for two nights last week, and it was fantastic. As soon as we entered the bistro, a staff member showed us to the reception, and the manager checked us in quickly and smoothly. “The hotel is very nice all the services are very good except the room cleaning, the cleaner DID NOT clean the bathroom: bath tub, shower room , bathroom sink, toilet, even the trash drop on the floor they didn’t even pick it up, they came folding the bed, takeout the trash, that’s about all, the cleaning definitely needs to be improved. Besides that every else is very good. A good 5 star hotel.”

“The Royal Albert is very centrally located, right in the heart of Brisbane. It is very convenient for shopping and restaurants. The room was very large and well appointed. There was a washer/dryer in the room, which was a plus. There was also a mini-fridge and microwave. However, internet connectivity was not good. The internet was very slow, and sometimes not available. Also, the water pressure in the shower was not very strong. Nevertheless, I would stay here again. ”

“Hotel stuffed up our friends stay on the night of the Rugby Cup in Brisbane. Most places were booked out. The duty manager eventually was able to have a room for our friends and threw in breakfast (as the room was cheaper than that booked. Very happy with his professionalism and the way he approached the issue.”
