“The hotel is very nice and relatively new! The price in the restaurant for the breakfast are very high and the quality and service of the food were poor. Few staff of the hotel looks welcoming but are not very friendly and helping with attention of the Customer needs. “We booked a 2 bedroom my hubby and our 4 kids. The kids enjoyed the pools, the fact that we had the ferry dock literally at the back of the hotel building that left every 15min to go to town was amazing! We took kids to the Wheel of Brisbane only 50cents on the ferry which is awesome for a big fam and dont need to pay for the insane parking at the city. The 2 bedroom was lovely however it has its wear and tear. The queen bed was small for our 6ft 5 hubby and son but comfortable. Thankyou Mark...

“Great hotel in a great location. Staff was tip-top & hotel kept in great conditon. Special kudos to both the manager who offered us an upgraded room because we had a leaky sink faucet (we declined the move but I appreciated his concern for enhacing our stay) and for the tall gentleman who fixed the leak problem. He was pleasant, very focused on resolving the problem quickly, diagnosed & quickly fetched the part, left the work space clean and was out in less than 30 minutes ... great job.”
