“The hotel is very nice and relatively new!
The price in the restaurant for the breakfast are very high and the quality and service of the food were poor.
Few staff of the hotel looks welcoming but are not very friendly and helping with attention of the Customer needs.
The cleaning in the room is just acceptable and needs to be reminded for vacuum the floor.

“I've stayed here before and had no problems, however this time was somewhat different.
Air conditioning in our room didn't work and the room was very hot. I contacted the front desk about this and they said they would send someone up, but there was no change to the situation, and I heard nothing further from the staff. The front desk was also closed a fair portion of our stay over the weekend.
The room also smelt odd, there was a clumb of something weird half squashed into the carpet, and...

“Room smelt funny, was being masked with a fragrance machine. After some investigating it was the washing machine, mold in the seals. Smell hung around whole trip.
Very quick walk to the river this was amazing. Beautiful gardens to the pool. Saw some lizards that made our daughters day seeing them.
Pool area very tidy and kids had fun playing there

“Not soundproofed rooms like it says. Room was next to the lift, could hear the lift moving up and down quite loudly, certainly enough to keep me awake.
Noise from outside could also be heard a lot. I’ve stayed in quite a few places in Brisbane WITH soundproof and this definitely wasn’t. Room was ok, dated but I expected that. Breakfast very good and nice view but that’s all I have positive about this place. ”
