“First let me start with the initial check in at the front desk He. was not friendly at all not to mention when I HANDED him my cards and ids I had my hand out and he placed them on the counter and looked down at them for me to pick them up . The next day the afternoon front desk person was not friendly my husband and I spoke and she very much ignored us. The following day Monday morning my husband and I was startled out of our sleep around 8:30 a.m by hammering constant hammering my husband...

“The rooms were clean but the walls are thin! We had to move to a different room due to noise. The staff was very accommodating and switched us without any issues. The hotel was central to what we needed it for. The Ice machine did not work on our floor so we had to go to the next floor to grab ice. Breakfast was a plus. Last time we stayed, they were renovating. All and all, we would stay here again.”

“We had a large suite. The living room area only had one table lamp: only one person had a chance to read while sitting on the sofa. The room was reserved for 4 people , we had to ask for a 4th towel. Breakfast was open til 9:30 , yet when we arrived by 9 am , the tray with the croissant had only maybe 8 ( not even half full) and nobody dared refill it . 10 minutes later there was only one . A tray for fruits had only one orange . The bowl with boiled eggs had only one. The bowl with fresh cut...

“The room and the hotel lobby were very clean. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, courteous and supportive. We didn't use the bar as we are not drinkers. Self parking was convenient and free and plenty of spaces. The only problem we came across was there was a water testing taking place from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and we had no water during that time as it was shut off. I called the front desk and complained about this and they apologized and offered us a complimentary dinner with...

“Very nice place to stay and modern. Breakfast was good and they vary it daily. The pool was nice and didn't have 2 story rooms over looking it. The location was close to the airport and the freeway. Front desk was accommodating and even gave me a shaving razor I forgot. There's a gas station in the adjacent parking lot. Food/ drink was close and we suggest Bottledogs. Many draft beers and food was good. Friendly staff.”

“Upon entering I felt welcomed by the front desk staff. The room was clean and comfortable. It was spacious for all of us in the room. I was pleased with my stay and would return if needed to. The commute was easy to the hotel and many shops/places to eat nearby.”
