“After having to scramble to find a room last minute this was available. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. The floors looked new but the room was kind of ruin down. Was annoyed that there were no local tv stations to watch. ”

“As usual Hyatt is great but I still miss microwave in rooms. Staff was great and breakfast was nice. My kids loveed it. It's in a safe area with security guard present during night. Best thing is that they gave a shuttle which can take you to midway and runs 24*7. We did not use it but practically we could have taken shuttle to midway and then CTA to downtown. Chicago downtown is just 14 miles away with average travel time of 35 to 40 mins. Will stay again for sure if I am in the area and not...
