“Clean room”

“Reached after the usual check in time. Thank you to staff for passing me the keys still. I like the firm pillows too, room is nice and clean Only downside is nil lift, we had to walk the stairs without our large luggages ”

“The hotel needed an overhaul, the room qualities are getting bad every year. We had been staying there for many years for CNY. Now the shower tap is mouldy, toilet not cleaned and dirty and smelly, bed is refreshed, towels are old and rough and greyish. ”

“The place is just okay for an overnight stay. Not much to say about it, it was just an okay stay for us”

“初めてのスレンバン滞在でした。 ショッピングモール直結は、とても良いです。 急な雷雨なども問題になりません。 飲食店もモール内及び外にも飲食店が多数あり充実しています。 部屋の印象ですが、施設が古いため暗い印象です。 また、お湯が出ないため、モール内のSPAを利用しました。 早朝のフライトを控えていたので、寝るだけなら充分です。早朝のチェックアウトも問題なくでき、ロビー内でgrabの到着を待って空港に行きました。 朝食付きだったのですが、利用しないで出発したので朝食が気になりました。”

“The room is no good”

“The worst hotel I've ever been to. What is shown on the live site is not at all what we got. The rooms were filty.esp the bathroom. The water tap was not even functioning properly. Regret booking this place. Also booked 2 rooms with 2 queenbeds but the receptionist said only have 1 room with 2 queenbeds. I was given a room with 1 queenbed for the price of 2 queenbeds.totally disappointed with the room and the condition with poor cleanliness. I do not recommend this hotel. ”
