“Friendly staff Nice playground Pool and slide were both fun but kiddie pool was "under maintenance" during our entire stay. Regular pool has a VERY strong chlorine smell. Many kids there were coughing a lot after using it. Irritates your eyes just being in the pool room. Breakfast was decent -- waffle makers, bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, fruit, sausage, eggs Room was clean but no vent in bathroom so it gets humid in there and drain did not work great”

“lots of renovations. constant noise. very dusty environment. We took breakfast at 8am and everything was cold. They put us on the wing where they were doing major construction and they told me the hotel was full but we were alone at the breakfast at 8am!!! We will never go back there. So many nice hotels in Lac George.”

The receptionist accidentally re-charged me for the same booking- which when I inquired about later since it exceeded the typical hold for damages the receptionist was friendly and helpful, and immediately refunded the money. They used keys instead of updated key pads. There was no lotion in the room which is not a huge deal. I bring my own supplies. Breakfast I was told was at 7 for grab and go and 7:30 for hot food. It was actually 7:30 8 a.m. for hot food. I...
