The receptionist accidentally re-charged me for the same booking- which when I inquired about later since it exceeded the typical hold for damages the receptionist was friendly and helpful, and immediately refunded the money. We had a one night stay here and we couldn’t enjoy the activities due to the weather on that day but we were allowed to enjoy the kayaking swimming in the lake the nest day despite our stay was expired which was the best part for us.
