The receptionist accidentally re-charged me for the same booking- which when I inquired about later since it exceeded the typical hold for damages the receptionist was friendly and helpful, and immediately refunded the money. They used keys instead of updated key pads. There was no lotion in the room which is not a huge deal. I bring my own supplies. Breakfast I was told was at 7 for grab and go and 7:30 for hot food. “Pool slide was dirty and not working. Pool area could have been cleaned/ power washed. All rugs needed a good vacuuming. Outdoor light shined directly into our room. The beds were very comfortable. “Everything was spectacular. The view of the lake from the deck was breathtaking. We had a one night stay here and we couldn’t enjoy the activities due to the weather on that day but we were allowed to enjoy the kayaking swimming in the lake the nest day despite our stay was expired which was the best part for us.
