“When I booked the place,have was not mentioned that Bathrooms and showers are shared,but for 1,2 days is ok. On other side was very clean,room perfect size with fridge,AC,water. And in living room downstairs was great coffee and tea and milk and games,books. Lovded my stay for money and what has to offer for short trip. Thank you.”

“The hotel was being taken over by new owners, The TV's did not work, no cable of any kind! Pool was not open at all as well it was in a state of disrepair! Also they had issues with wi-fi and internet access! the whole time we were there coffee machine did not work well as well! Although we had a million dollar view of lake Saranac and the mountains, lots of parking and close to other amenities! Bed's were comfortable, I'm sure at some point they will work out those issues and I was told...

“The place was beautiful but my room had the worst view. All I was able to see was black top roof and pvc pipes. Getting to and from the room was challenging. Construction on 1St floor and elevator needs TLC. They needed to close the wing completely. I will not come back. Even if they pay me!!!”

“It was really bleh. I was in room 12, i paid extra for the jacuzzi tub and didn't even use it, it didn't look clean. The bathroom has a lower ceiling, if you're 6' and over chances are you dont fit in the shower. The amenities were bad. The carpet in the room should be removed. If anything ask for room 1 to 11. In 12 you are in a renovated garage, you have two rooms over your head and you are located in the center of a parking lot. I would not book again. The check in is all via texts so thats...

“Motel had power brown outs and Black outs several times without any backuo power. I use a plugin medical.device and had stopped running while I was sleeping. I need my device to keep me breathing regular thru the night.”

“The owners were friendly and helpful! I enjoyed the welcome bags with local information and a chocolate chip cookie! The breakfast in a bag was great! Very pleasant stay!”

“Alexandra and Anthonie were both super nice and friendly. When we arrived, they gave us a rundown of nearby restaurants to go and have dinner. Then showed us to our room and amenities. Room and bathroom were clean and comfy, wifi was fast there were extra pillows and blankets if needed. The area around the Inn is very cute, my girlfriend and i went for a walk in the nearby park in the morning and visited the Inn bookstore (we ended up buying 5 books lol). My only complaint is since our window...

“A rustic cabin that was clean. The views of the lake were on the other side of the buildings which you could easily walk to. It was located centrally to some the places we wished to visit in the Adirondacks. It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator but we knew that it was not included.”

“Beautiful view! The outdoor fireplace facing that view is outstanding. The maintenance person, brought us over a bucket of firewood! Rooms, are very clean- and the food is great!”

“Very clean and excellent location!!! Staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was very unique! The only “complaint” I have is that the pull out sofa was terrible. It was more like a futon- very hard and no mattress at all, literally just sleeping on an uncomfortable sofa. That should not be considered an additional sleeping space.”
