“Great stay in this fairly new property. Spacious rooms. Good parking, and well-located. Everything in central Lake Placid within walking distance, and a pretty good brewpub right next door. Pretty good complimentary breakfast. Coffee was ok, but could have been better (and refreshed more frequently). Just two negatives. “We had an excellent stay! Everyone was so lovely, location is perfect and rooms are comfortable, quiet and very well kept. We loved the area and can’t wait to visit again and stay at the Delvin once more! ”

“High peaks was great for our summer stay in lake placid. We were in the waterfront collection and the ease of lake and pool access from the room was amazing. The rooms were cozy and beds comfortable. I wish they had fixed the dock the other side of the lake to give more options to sit and view the lake. The included water activities was a real treat! I would love to see refillable water dispensers, they were nowhere to be found at the resort; in the summer especially, that would have been nice....
