“Terrible smell. The mattress and pillows were super soft you would sink in the bed. The bedroom didn’t even have a small table to sit down have a coffee”

“The kitchen ammenties at this hotel are great - full kitchenette with cookery/cutlery etc. provided. My room had a fridge with freezer, toaster oven as well as a cooktop. This would be a good option for multi-night stays and especially if you plan to eat in. I did have to ask to have the floors re-cleaned as they were not super clean on check-in but the property manager was very responsive in arranging that. “Charlotte at the front desk and the good coffee was the best part of our stay. Checkin time is at 3:00 but our room was not ready. We never got check in until 6:00 without any compensation for our troubles. There were 2 other couples who could not get check in because the rooms had not been cleaned yet and there were no clean towels! She called the manager, James Ballard and he would not even come in to help with the problem!!! The room had missing lamp shades, cracked window blinds, and dirty...

“Had a dirty cup (unwashed/ washed improperly). Towels has stains. Also there was loitering and people hanging out in the parking lot outside our window on a Thursday Night (holiday long weekend) at 2:30-4am smoking and hanging out in the parking lot…. Management needs to stop this . I didn’t get any sleep . Have stay here before without issues, but this last stay wasn’t great”

“The check-in was in a different building. Odd but it worked. On 2nd floor with no elevator. Room was good size. Decent bathroom, small fridge. Beds and pillows were good. Saw indoor pool but did not use. Bfast was good with waffles and a couple hot items. Great location off Highway. Would stay again.”

“The bed was uncomfortable and we couldn’t sleep. The elevator was sounded like it was going to break. Dog poop every where. We had to leave early and get another hotel room somewhere else. It’s the absolute worst place ever and I’m going to have to report it unless I can get accommodation for my expenses. At least for the cost of the hotel room staying there”
