“A very nice remodel of a motor court motel with all new interior, heating, and plumbing. Comfortable with large TV and nice beds. Very clean. Future additions might include a microwave oven, coffee cups for the coffee maker, and some wall decor. Overall, a very nice room for basecamp to local adventures..”

“Great location. Staff were nice, view was pretty, everything was clean. A lot of the space felt freshly renovated. Large common area seemed cozy. Check in was easy. The outside of building is painted black, looks like it was a lighter color underneath and there weren’t enough coats of black paint to fully cover it, so it looked a little run down from the outside. “The bathroom doors are sliders providing no privacy. Parking lots were a mess after snow. Only one person clearing the lot. No maid service. Coffee maker in room broken and never sent replacement after requested. Phone also broken in room. Way overpriced for what you get.”

“It has some sort of hostel feeling (common kitchen, pit fire area, barbecues, board games) with lovely private rooms. Bedding could be improved but we still would highly recommend it.”

The wallpaper is peeling off the wall in the bathroom and the back window doesn’t lock. As I settle for the night, I realize that it’s getting cold and try to set up the heater only to realize the little heater under the bathroom counter is the only one working which is not enough for the room.
