“It was convenient as we needed just a night somewhere near the Donsak Pier. Staff was lovely and got on her bike to buy us dinner. But there was a cockroach and ants in the bathroom, and the towels looked a little off colour!”

“We stayed here the night before our ferry trip to Koh Samui. We arrived late and left early, but we wished we spent more time here. The restaurant has a stunning setting and the beach looked very swimmable. We hear that you can sometimes see pink dolphins swimming right in the bay. There are no other guesthouses nearby so a walk down the street feels like you are really in Thailand, not farang- land. The owner was very friendly and drove us to the ferry pier for 500 baht. ”

“This property was very unique, and had a very cool Eco vibe to it. It was located on the beach and the rooms were quite spacious and very comfortable. The only downside to this property is that there's nothing else really around it. You would have to take a taxi to get into town to access other restaurants. This didn't really matter too much though, as you can eat at one or two restaurants at the hotel.”

“There are several reasons why I hope to return to this hidden gem, The Humble Villas! I said more than once, “this is a honeymoon vibe” This side of the island has incredible food, the breakfast they offer at Humble Villas is exquisite. I would like to encourage you to try the Thai breakfast and stay long enough to try a few things on the breakfast menu. Yum yum yum. The private infinity pool for each villa - a brilliant touch, 3 ways to cool off with a/c, ceiling fan, and private pool....

“We booked this place last minute after landing at USM Koh Samui Airport. It is right next to Nathan Pier. We booked the Premier Suite Oceanfront. The balcony / terrace was bigger than most people’s rooms! There was also a nice bathtub built for x2 on the rooftop. The customer service was unlike any other and we cannot wait to come back. This is one of the the nicest rooms / properties I have ever stayed. The night shift employee helped us get a motorbike after 9pm and the day shift lady...

“great location, right the beach, with very nice views. The hotel is funky (the rooms are old ship containers for example), but confortable, clean and extremely friendly. The restaurant within the hotel serves good Thai food at ridiculously low prices, and the tables are directly on the beach (your feet in the sand, under the trees). I stayed there quite a few times, and thought it was quite a good deal.”

"Nikki Hotel Samui, is far away from a 5 star hotel. Staff member: Receptionists are friendly and welcoming. Waiters, unprofessional manners. Far from Nikki standards. A group of them are cohesive and they don’t give any attention of the customer’s needs ( while i paid top dollars ). Hotel conditions: The hotel need a renovation. Doors cracked in the room. Showers doesn’t work properly. Wood floor damage. Facilities: The hotel doesn’t offer any particular activities to make their customer spend their days. Only house music in the pool area. Outside of the hotel, there is absolutely nothing, rather then some restaurant. Hotel restaurant: Food quality is poor. Cuisine is a mix from Mediterranean and Thai. Breakfast terrible, poor choices . Even a cappucino was awful. Drinks at the pool, are made without any skill. I believe they learnt by themself, otherwise a simply Mojito, can not be that terrible ( while they asking up to 15 dollars ). Price: Everything is extremely overprices. There is a lots of work to do for the new Manager. "

"Meraviglioso hotel situato in una zona di Koh Samui lontana dalle aggregazioni del turismo di massa. Le camere sono pregiatissime, con interni in legno e organizzazione e pulizia al top. E' un lusso non sfrenato ma elegante. Il servizio è stato eccellente. Spiaggia praticamente privata, usata quindi in esclusiva dagli ospiti della struttura. Ottimo servizio ai lettini, che erano sufficientemente distanziati. Ottima qualità anche il centro massaggi così come la scelta della colazione. Decisamente consigliato e da tornarci più volte."
