“This was our second visit to Siam Residence. We came originally in 2023. We love the simplicity, quietness and relaxed vibe here. Its lovely to just walk along the beach as far as you can go in either direction. The villas are big in terms of bedroom, bathroom and lounge. “The first night we stay here the accommodation was hosted a wedding we did not sleep at all the first night there was loud music and dj all night with big bass speakers the accommodation should of told us before we stay if had known would of stay some where else that was advertised as the quite side of the island was so wrong not only that when we got there the kitchen was close to because they were hosting a wedding this was poor service and was told it would be close of the first 2 day of our...

“Our little cottage had a fantastic view of Lamai beach. The water at this time/mid July is low tide. However the boutique resort is a short walk to Crystal beach, which is beautiful, and a short cab ride to Chaweng Noi beach, also beautiful. Both beaches are great for swimming. The chef at Lamai Bayview is excellent if you are not going off property for lunch or dinner. The staff team is warm and accommodating. We look forward to returning in the future.”

Cose negative: posizione un po’ defilata (lamai dive ci sono ristoranti e negozi dista una decina di minuti di tuk tuk). Il mare di fronte è brutto. Non utilizzabile. Roccioso, pieno di meduse. Se si vuole restare in hotel bisogna usare la piscina ed è un vero peccato essendoci un mare bellissimo a pochi km. ”

“It is a very nice beachfront resort. Lipa Noi Beach is a beautiful quiet Beach. It is a shame thai the resort isn’t better cared for. The staff was extremly impersonal. Some services are completely missino. The only truly nice people were the gardener/ maitenance man and the two school girls in training. There was no blowdryer in the family suite and Wi-Fi often didn ‘t work.”
