“The location looked nothing like the pictures. There were bugs all over the place and in the sheets. Our sink was unattached from the wall and did not allow water to run through it. There are no interior door locks and you can’t get a cab to anywhere. The manager was polite, but the place is extremely overrated. I got bites all over my legs from sleeping inside the covers.”

“It was convenient as we needed just a night somewhere near the Donsak Pier. Staff was lovely and got on her bike to buy us dinner. But there was a cockroach and ants in the bathroom, and the towels looked a little off colour!”

“Absolut nicht empfehlenswert wenn man kein thailändisch spricht. Die Besitzerin konnte die einfachsten Sätze nicht verstehen geschweige den beantworten. Gefühlt 100 mal fragte sie mich nach meiner Buchung Über unseren Übersetzter ( der Taxi Fahrer ) und wusste immer noch nicht welches Zimmer zu und gehörte. Das Hotel ist weit abgelegen von allem. Die Sauberkeit war okey jedoch auch nicht super. ”

“It is a very nice beachfront resort. Lipa Noi Beach is a beautiful quiet Beach. It is a shame thai the resort isn’t better cared for. The staff was extremly impersonal. Some services are completely missino. The only truly nice people were the gardener/ maitenance man and the two school girls in training. “Jag stannade en natt som en del i en större resa så jag gjorde inte så mycket mer än åt lite kvickt i restaurangen på kvällen och sov och checkade ut tidigt på morgonen. Rummet var absolut okej för mitt ändamål, personalen var vänlig och hjälpsam. Korridoren var väldigt mörk däremot. Kändes som en gränd. Bortsett från det inget att klaga på. “This is a unique experience. It’s truly a beautiful place. Perhaps 8-10 other guests while we were there. We only spent time in the room to sleep. "Nikki Hotel Samui, is far away from a 5 star hotel. Staff member: Receptionists are friendly and welcoming. Waiters, unprofessional manners. Far from Nikki standards. A group of them are cohesive and they don’t give any attention of the customer’s needs ( while i paid top dollars ). Hotel conditions: The hotel need a renovation. Doors cracked in the room. Showers doesn’t work properly. Wood floor damage. Facilities: The hotel doesn’t offer any particular activities to make their customer spend their days. Only house music in the pool area. Outside of the hotel, there is absolutely nothing, rather then some restaurant. Hotel restaurant: Food quality is poor. Cuisine is a mix from Mediterranean and Thai. Breakfast terrible, poor choices . Even a cappucino was awful. Drinks at the pool, are made without any skill. I believe they learnt by themself, otherwise a simply Mojito, can not be that terrible ( while they asking up to 15 dollars ). Price: Everything is extremely overprices. There is a lots of work to do for the new Manager. "
