Hotel a Lake Crystal

“No hot breakfast, room above me sounded like monkeys stomping around the bathroom door was not working properly. Kids running up and down the hallway being loud. Didn't sleep well. Because of these things.”

“Un hotel nello standard americano con camere molto pulite, televisione enorme e letti decisamente comodi. Offre una bella piscina con un idromassaggio grande e bello caldo, una coin laundry. Piacevole ”

“Good hotel is you need to bring your dog. But had an odd smell to the whole thing.”

“I would not suggest staying here, we woke up to cockroaches in the room in addition to areas of the bathroom being completely filthy. Phone number was left with staff to have management call me about the issues and they have not called in over two weeks. Expedia has tried contacting them about the issues and they are not responding to them either.”

“Room suck mirrors very dirty tv dirty faucet in bathroom loose gross. There mold bathroom .carpet yucky walk on. Smelled. Ask handicapped room said didn't have anying offal sister couldn't take shower.”

“About as good as the photos show. The carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced. There were some bugs (doors are exterior so to be expected, I guess?), but no bed bugs. Sheets seemed clean. There was a spider and web over one bed. Queen beds (2) were each up against a wall or window on one side, so small. Everything was very old and smelled old. We think the paint on the outside is new. The woman who runs the motel is very sweet and we can tell she’s trying hard. Making updates where she can....

“The rooms were clean and neat. The staff was very helpful when we needed something. the outside of the building was appealing but the parking lot had many potholes and breakage of the blacktop.”

“The room was nice. Check in was quick and easy. I found the bed to be very hard but that could just be me. Breakfast was ok, the toaster burned the bread quickly tho. (I woke up early to the smell of burnt toast & we were on the second floor) maybe change the settings… idk.”

“The room was not very clean, stuff splattered on bathroom walls, heavy layer of dust in sleeping area. Freezer frosted over so bad the door wouldn’t shut, bathtub drain couldn’t keep up with shower, corner of the window screen was pulled open and shredded. There was a beetle in the bathroom and one in the breakfast area.”

“Very clean room and plenty of towels. Clean bathroom. The front desk staff were attentive and approachable. The kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. Remember to tip your housekeeper.”

“Suite comes stocked with plates, utensils, pot and pan. We like how they had dish soap and a scrubber too. Pretty much the basic stuff you need to cook and clean up after. The grill outside came in handy and next door is a gas station and Mexican restaurant. Very convenient location.”

“$150 price was high for the quality. There was no staff on site when I arrived. Side door was open, room door was open. Security should be tighter. The room was reasonably clean. Staff was polite on the phone. Simple beakfast is provided. The TV channels were good.”
