“About as good as the photos show. The carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced. There were some bugs (doors are exterior so to be expected, I guess?), but no bed bugs. Sheets seemed clean. There was a spider and web over one bed. Queen beds (2) were each up against a wall or window on one side, so small. Everything was very old and smelled old. We think the paint on the outside is new. The woman who runs the motel is very sweet and we can tell she’s trying hard. Making updates where she can....

“The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. The only thing was when we went down to breakfast they were out of coffee and some of the juices. No one checked on those. It was a nice quiet hotel to stay in.”

“I stayed here with my sons after a long day at Valley Fair. I needed connecting rooms for the 2 rooms I reserved and my request was met immediately. The rooms were extremely clean and updated with very modern choices. The lobby is welcoming with snacks and drinks (for purchase) and Vogue magazines on the side tables for reading. I didn’t have the breakfast but the area was very clean as well. I would definitely stay here again after a trip to Valley Fair. This was a very nice hotel.”

“The staff were kind. Very nice people. I didn’t appreciate them signing me up for the Hilton Rewards program without my consent or knowledge though. I just suddenly received emails letting me know. We could hear the people above us moving around (sounded like stomping) when we were trying to sleep (11 PM).
