“Rooms were nice, it was just a one night stay. The pool is very small, and there’s unfortunately no hot tub. But again we were only there to rest. ”

“The breakfast was good. Could do better with the coffee availability. I was told coffee was available 24/7 and it wasn’t and when I asked about I was just told it was out. No one ever refilled it until breakfast time. The bathroom needed so attention. The toilet seat was coming off and part of the molding around the tube was peeling off. Other than that it was a pretty good place for a two day stay. ”

“The room was nice . If you bring a Amazon Firestick or anything to hook to your TV they no longer provide wifi for your television. The Hot Tub in the pool are was Luke Warm at Best and the Breakfast Buffet was SubPar. Both the eggs and potatoes were loaded with red and green peppers which I assume not everyone likes , I know I don't. There is much better places to stay in Shakopee so I won't be going back to Americinn ”

“The trip started with them grilling me about my disability and service animal. I chose Holiday Inn for my trip to Shakopee two weeks later. Not trying to save money again not worth it. ”

“Breakfast not good and room not that clean ”

“Horrible staff. Condescending and ignorant at the same time.. was left waiting for a member to come to the desk for over 20 minutes! After the 20 minutes I helped myself to the master key behind the desk to re-enter my room (pics for proof). I would never stay here again, and am honestly rethinking best western in general because of this experience. Also all digital amenities do not function (Netflix, on-demand, etc.) so be prepared for basic cable and a basic hotel.”
