“The room was nice . If you bring a Amazon Firestick or anything to hook to your TV they no longer provide wifi for your television. The Hot Tub in the pool are was Luke Warm at Best and the Breakfast Buffet was SubPar. Both the eggs and potatoes were loaded with red and green peppers which I assume not everyone likes , I know I don't. There is much better places to stay in Shakopee so I won't be going back to Americinn ”

“I was concerned about parking since I heard last year there was an issue but it seemed okay. The staff honestly were really awesome well the ones I interacted with anyway the cleaning staff. The side lamps did not work I was hoping they would since I have really bad eyesight. I was hoping to check out with the front desk so I could get my last bill but the line was horrible and they were really short staffed that was disappointing .The one person I interacted with so I could ask the question...

“The trip started with them grilling me about my disability and service animal. I chose Holiday Inn for my trip to Shakopee two weeks later. Not trying to save money again not worth it. ”

“My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Not far from the Mall of America. Parking sucks but it’s free. Our 1st room door didn’t “hatch” but they quickly switched my room. I love that the pool is open until midnight for adults and 10 for children. Breakfast was delicious and hot. Definitely worth your money and made my experience even more enjoyable! ”
