“Very nice room and comfy bed. Will stay here next time I visit.”

“Good location to Mall of America. We found it very annoying that the property charges $18 night to park in their parking lot! Lot wasn’t even close to anything else where others might be trying to park. Why charge guests?”

“This was our third or fourth stay at this hotel in the last couple of years. It’s a short drive to downtown Minneapolis at a fraction of the price to stay downtown. Parking is more convenient too. A few minutes from MOA, and of course the airport. Eagan outlet malls are close too. There’s a gas station a few minutes away as well. Complimentary drinks and snacks in the afternoon reception every day, and the breakfast is fabulous. All included. Room spacious and comfortable, and of course,...

“The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room refrigerator did not work and we did not realize it until the next day so the takeout order (three meals) we purchased to take home had to be thrown away. ”

“The room was very clean. I’m so glad I didn’t have to ask for clean sheets and blankets. The lady with the dark curly hair was nice. The one with the ginger hair not so warm. The man during the night seemed a bit overwhelmed. The breakfast staff were nice and confident. That was nice to see.”

“Check in went super smooth! The sign for where to turn in wasn’t super obvious but the rest of the process and stay were 10/10 would 100% come back and stay at this hotel, staff was always friendly and helpful!”

“The hallways and rooms had a bad smell to them. And the windows yes could open but no screens in them. Hair all in the bath tub as well as around the toilet. Thank Goodness I always bring my own Clorox wipes and febrezze. I tried to leave to get another hotel. That wasn’t happening without me losing out on money. Would never stay again”

“Very bad experience, paid parking, no cleaning or room service provided for 3days. Broken wooden floor, wooden tiles was coming out, high risk for kids to get injured. Bad breakfast experience, only Begals and muffins, no eggs, bread or waffles, very disappointing for both kids.”

“Continental breakfast is 5 stars. Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Parking was not ideal but I’ll check on that prior to booking next time. All in all, would stay here again!”
