Hotel a Spring Park

“Absolute gem of a hotel! I’ve enjoyed staying on two separate occasions and throughly enjoyed the quality amenities and friendly staff. I’m not going to go into details but there was a rather major mishap/inconvenience on our first stay and I debated bringing it up to management but before I had a chance they let me know they would be covering our entire stay. Lovely view great management and a cozy relaxing atmosphere I hope to enjoy again soon! I’m tempted to write a bad review just to help...

“The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room refrigerator did not work and we did not realize it until the next day so the takeout order (three meals) we purchased to take home had to be thrown away. ”

“The AC in the suite did not work, so they changed our room to a better suite. Still, the suite was not cleaned well. The toilet was dirty and the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was empty. Worst of all, the hotel is next to a night club and loud music plays until 2 AM!”
