Hotel a Spring Park

“An excellent option. Quaint boutique hotel with restaurant and bar. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are amazing, friendly and really helpful. Their restaurant have a lot of gluten-free options. I recommend it!!!”

“This was the stinkiest hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in. Cigarettes and animal piss. Yucky. Relieved when the concert was cancelled last night and we went home. Can’t believe I paid $250+ for this. If you need a hotel in Shakopee and this is the only one left, you’re better off sleeping on a park bench.”

“We went down to eat breakfast at 7:45 am. There were only 2 containers of coffee and both were empty. We told someone on the staff that there was no coffee. The person said someone from maintenance would get the coffee. We waited and waited and finished breakfast but still no coffee. The man at the front desk had a thick accent and we didn't understand his explanation about why there was no coffee. This was a better than average size motel. “First off the prices were reasonable and the property was beautiful and luxurious! My first impression after we walked thru the entry way was WOW! High ceilings and open space. Huge area for hanging out with family and friends. The pool area was small and we didn't have the time to use it however the floor to ceiling windows made the space more appealing and would have been awesome to hang out at in the evening! “It’s nothing personal, the staff was nice. Our nine-year-old child clogged the toilet, so, it wasn’t anything crazy, I went to ask for a plunger, and they could not find one. The only option was to move us to another room, which I did not want to do. I actually got in my car and drove to Cub Foods and bought a plunger, which I left with the hotel. They refunded me for the plunger the next morning, which I appreciated. My biggest complaint, the carpet in our hotel room was literally sticky....
