“Horrible was just a mess in the room before I had to clean before i could even think of staying in the room and they took a month to get me back from my security deposit of one hundred dollars”

With open availability, our hotel stay was upgraded from an economy room with a king bed to a room with the lake view on the 3rd floor with a king bed (with no extra fees to the room upgrade the receptionist offered us). 3rd floor hallway did have a funky smell to it, so if you have a sensitivity to smell, it may bother you. “Friendly staff. Suspicious charges to my credit card. Pool water slide caused injuries to my two sons, kids pool wasn’t open, jacuzzi temperature was lukewarm.”

“Room was ok for the price and shuttle to airport was convenient. Neighborhood felt a little sketchy and based on people doing laundry at all hours including 3:30am I suspect they have long term renters staying here. Certainly seemed better than the hotel right next door!”

“Convenient location, adjacent restaurant is excellent with an additional coffee/breakfast stand in the lobby. Large fitness center, nice pool, and a lovely outdoor seating area. Free parking - would definitely stay here again. Very convenient to the NE Arts district of Minneapolis.”
