“Great stay”

“Enjoyed our stay, minus the staff upon check-in. ”

“The lobby and rooms were very nice. Updated and clean. The beds comfortable. The shower however was terrible. The water pressure was nonexistent. Also, they didn't provide enough toiletries. 1 soap for the shower and the sink, no conditioner. The towels were small and rough. They didn't match how nice the room was. Also, the TV was huge and super nice but no smart TV so you're at the mercy of the Cable which was pretty weak signal. The lot was also littered with trash. I would stay...

“The hotel was pet friend and the laundry area was clean and available. ”

“Pros: Staff was friendly and helped with problems that arose. Cons: constant dog barking, people yelling and fighting banging on walls and floors, weed clouds everywhere (not everyone wants to be forced to inhale that all day everyday) ”

“The pool was out of order. No breakfast. Room was dirty and smelled really bad. Only had very small pillows. No comforters, just a small brown wool blanket and a cover sheet. The guy working the counter tried to give me a room with only 1 bed when i had paid for 2 beds. Will never go back to this place. The pictures online do not match this place. It's dark and smelly. ”

“If you plant to stay at the great wolf lodge try to get tickets for The Whole day not at 4 pm and the pool close at 8 pm how do you enjoy anything and the wait was an hour because of the clerk mistake. I tried to enjoy it but time was to little ”

“Loved the care that the staff put into the hotel. Breakfast was different every morning, which was nice! Good coffee, clean rooms, soft towels! ”

“Breakfast options were good. The room was pretty clean. Pool did not appear clean at all. Staff was pleasant but nowhere to be found for checkout, had to wait quite a while. Walls/floors are THIN, we apparently had a large group of elephants above us. Get a room on the top floor and have absolutely no questions/be okay with contactless checkout and you’re golden.”

“We checked in at 11:45 PM, unpacked and got ready for bed. Then looked up at the ceiling and there was a spider right over one of the beds. We called staff to take care of it. I guess they aren't prepared for things like this because the staff person tried to knock it down, which was a mistake on his part, and then it was running around under the bed as he said. So at around 12:15, we had to pack up everything and move to another room. Also, there was one washcloth and one makeup washcloth for...
