“Great place to stay. Clean and friendly staff”

“Rooms were outdated, but clean. Evening managers reception was nice, only if you like beer and cheap wine. You got 2 free drinks. Restaurant was closed, but bar food was available, which was very good. Front desk was pleasant.”

“This place is very very very terrible! I paid for 2 days at facility, when I got in the room it was very messy and nasty, I did not sleep in it, cause I couldn’t sleep in nasty room, I asked for a refund, they refused to give my money back! Please if you are looking for somewhere to stay, don’t try this hotel, it is very messy.”

“The room has never been vacuum/mopped/dirty & sticky floor/bad smell/windows' lockers were not working properly. Will not recommend to anyone.”

“They wouldn’t honor my reservation said last time I stayed I destroyed the room which was a lie the took my money for one night n lied about me staying there. The guy behind the desk wasn’t helpful at all. Barely spoke English then the other guy I delt with was a complete jerk. Then I tried to get Expedia to help get my money back and got told since the motel said I stayed there one night there wasn’t anything they could do so I’m done with Expedia and will not and I repeat will not ever use...

“I liked the walk in shower and the beds were comfortable. the break only had cereal on yougurt. it would of been nice to have more food available. it served 6-9 and by eight most thngs were gone.”

“Worst place in the world. Very dirty, both inside and out. It says breakfast is included but it is not. Deal with this option (snowballs)!”

“This property is very unique. LOVE the inside garden patio and breakfast area. The room are very spacious. Will be stay here again. Hopefully longer stay next time. Room could use air freshener. Whom ever stay there before is a heavy smoker. As soon as I open the door....you could smell it. This is the only negative about my room.”

“The whole place was full of different smells-each time you turned down another hall or entered your room you’d smell something different. The shower had no hot water on the second day. My friend’s room had no electricity when they woke up and another room had one of the two main floor windows broken. Gun shots were heard from the parking lot-cop sirens right after so pretty sure that’s what it was and not fireworks. Other than that the front desk staff was friendly at check in.”

“The advertised queen bed was a full (smaller). The sheets had holes in them. The smoke-free room had a heavy odor of smoking in it. I would not ever book here again.”

“Happy that we got so much space—a two-bedroom kitchenette suite with a balcony—but this is not a walkable space. If we had not had our car, we would have been stranded in the suburbs in a business park. —Also, there is no room service ; you must use DoorDash if you want food once you’re tucked in. Beyond that, they only do room cleaning once a week, but we were able to get towels and to put our trash out each morning, which is a bonus. Also, no included breakfast, which meant trying to find...
