“Hotel seemed more like an apartment complex. people gathering in the hallway making noise. Music blasting in and outside the hotel. Shower was hard to turn on, busted towel rack in the bathroom. Curtains wouldn’t close all the way so parking lot light showed through. Also, checked out at 8:00 am and there was nothing there for the “free” breakfast ”

“The room was decent, moatly clean, comfortable bed, however really glad I brought my own pillow as the ones provided were badly stained with no pillowcases. It was pretty quiet generally, but the room doors didn't close without being yanked, which led to a lot of random bangs at night that scared me awake. The breakfast had very few options and any non-carpeted areas were really sticky. Did it work, yes. Would i stay there again? No.”

“Except for the night front desk guy, everything was amazing as usual. I stay there when I am in downtown Minneapolis and I have never been disappointed. The property and the entire staff except for that night desk guy go above and beyond and are absolutely amazing. ”
