Hotel a Circle Pines

“Staff was great and cleanliness was good. However, I had my key “rekeyed” 3 times and it I was not able to open my door with it all weekend. The continental breakfast was ok but not spectacular. The jetted tub was difficult to fill and plug so not ideal after hiking all day.”

“Clean rooms, comfortable beds, spacious room. We used the shuttle to the airport and it went smooth. We didn’t use the pool but it looked awesome. Will for sure stay again!”

“First of all, I would like to say thank u to the lady at the front desk that allowed us for late check out. The place was beautiful! Had a good selection for breakfast. Everything in the room was clean the only complaint I had was every time the toliet was flush, it did not flush. My husband had to take off the lid and fix something then it would flush. I would stay here again.”

“We had a great stay! Sad the water park doesn’t open until 10am the next morning with check out at 11…wish they would open at 8am to get a couple more hours in!!”

“The atmosphere was awesome, very decorative and very well kept. One girl at the front desk named Patrick was awesome! He brought me a remote for my room and he even brought me a space heater b/c I was cold. The down side is they don’t have a microwave in the rooms nor do they have ice on the floors. Other than that it was great! I live that they had a shuttle to pick you up from the airport and take you places though. Overall it was a good stay.”

“The overall stay was nice. It didn't say in the booking there was a parking daily fee, but understandable due to proximity to the airport and Mall of America. Only true complaint was at check in. When I checked in they were in between "shift change" the guy made us wait awkwardly as his boss stood behind him. Then when we were checked in the guy kept fumbling on every step. Repeatedly asked the same questions, didn't explain the parking. Took the make and model of my car. Didn't give me any...

“Very easy to shuttle back and fourth to the airport from the hotel. It will be my go to hotel for trips to Minneapolis.”

“Your satisfaction is dependent on which building you are in. Building E is outdated. The shower felt like acupuncture. You have to walk down a flight of stairs to get to the elevator so you can go up to the various floors. The onsite restaurant is excellent.”

“Front desk staff often unavailable. No common area in the hotel for a group to sit down and eat. ( other than breakfast).”

“It's a relatively plain building on the exterior but the interior is clean and new. Room and bed were great (and quiet). There is a neat padded bench by the window for reading or watching TV, which I've never seen. Breakfast had some accidental gluten-free compatible items, which was good. Also the first time I've seen hard-boiled eggs available. It's basically the same over multiple days.”

“Location, front desk help, bed/bedroom, breakfast was fine. Our hair dryer and the little coffeepot in the room did not work and when I told the housekeeping girl that hair dryer didn't work she said "Yes, it does." It didnt, and I tried several times during our five day stay. My husband and I enjoyed the breakfast, but the eggs were never very warm at all. The other parts of the breakfast was fine, but I wished it went until 10 am instead of ust 9 am. The computer in lobby was not working...

“This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were rude the room was so hot with the AC blasting. It felt like I was in a microwave. This stay completely ruined the start of my vacation because I’m absolutely exhausted from not being able to sleep. The worst part is that they charge you to park there!!! Stay clear. Pick the next hotel!”
