Hotel a North Saint Paul

“Rooms have stench, might be the carpet. ”

“We had a family get together here for my son’s birthday so we had two rooms. Rooms were very clean, big, and comfortable. The pool was comfortable (I get cold really easy in pools), so it wasn’t the warmest but I lasted an hour or so. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. ”

“DO NOT STAY HERE. I'm not sure who is rating this place 5 stars. The room was actually disgusting. There was Hair on the beds, the sheets were dirty and just dingy. The faucet in the bathroom was shooting out water from the bottom. The doors were cracked with tape all over. I'm still in shock. I'm writing this review at 12:30 am as we're driving back home to Wisconsin instead of sleeping in that place. I truly feel like the reviews left for this place are fake. I feel completely deceived. “Very nice lobby and staff was good tonwork with. ”

“We checked in at 11:45 PM, unpacked and got ready for bed. Then looked up at the ceiling and there was a spider right over one of the beds. We called staff to take care of it. I guess they aren't prepared for things like this because the staff person tried to knock it down, which was a mistake on his part, and then it was running around under the bed as he said. So at around 12:15, we had to pack up everything and move to another room. Also, there was one washcloth and one makeup washcloth for...

“Loved the care that the staff put into the hotel. Breakfast was different every morning, which was nice! Good coffee, clean rooms, soft towels! ”

“When you check in, ask if they are assigning you an accessible room. If you don't require one, then try for a regular room. It will have a better bathroom configuration for the non-handicapped person, like a place to put your towels.”
