“The only complaint I have is that you have to pay for parking. As far as I can tell, there is no security provided, the parking lot is an open one in what appears to be a suburban environment with no other businesses close by. I have trouble understanding why payment for parking would be required. It's not like they have to prevent non-guests from parking there or as if they provide security for your car.”

“The first impression I got wasn't a good start. I got to the front desk and there was nobody there. There wasnt any bell to ring or anything. Some random guy told me I have to knock on the office door to the side. So I did that, and nobody came out. I waited for nearly 10 minutes until someone arrived at the desk.
The room I was out in was right next to the pool area. My window was connected to it. So the only view I had outside my window was the pool area, which I could hear from my room....
