“Stayed at InterContinental Downtown St. Paul. Initially the stay was good. We noticed water damage above the headboard and reported it, and were told we would be upgraded. When I returned, the upgraded room was significantly smaller with a very small bathroom and bed room/walk way area and felt like a downgrade. Because of this, we were forced to return to the original damaged room, which defeated the purpose and was uncomfortable. We were charged upon arrival a $200 damage deposit...

“The rooms are always clean at this hotel and the staff is very welcoming and remembers who you are which is always a fun experience. I like the private parking access especially if you are there for car events and need a safe parking space! The pool area could use some updating but overall it was nice to stay, I will say the only thing is that the rooms do get a little muggy in the summer especially if you are placed in a hotel that is higher up!”

“Breakfast was supposed to be open at 7am… staff didn’t show so no breakfast at 7am… no option to rent a movie on the television but you also couldn’t hook up a laptop with HDMI to play a movie. Little to no hot water for a shower… in the pictures there is a picture of a hot tub. However, no hot tub only a pool.”
