“First time stay. We were in town for a concert so we didn't spend much time at the hotel but while we were there, it was good. Staff was all wonderful. Rooms were clean and quiet. Great proximity to food and stores. Seems maybe a bit out dated but nothing that would offend me ”

“there was a little bit of confusion about the shuttle bus, however overall great and I’m glad that I chose this hotel.
1. let us checked in a few hours before the actual check-in time. it’s nice especially if you were with kids after a long trip. and welcomed us with chocolate chip cookies!
2. room is spacious and clean
3. hot coffee and tea is always available at the lobby
4. shuttle bus takes to/from airport and even to the mall anytime per request

“always comfortable to be at the hotel. Our little dogs actually know the place, and treat it as their home away from home. The staff knows us, our dogs, and treat us great. The area is safe, no rowdy partiers, and is it quiet. Also the bed is comfortable. ”
