“Very clean and helpful. Breakfast as soon good. I stay here every time I have to fly somewhere.”

“Good location to Mall of America. We found it very annoying that the property charges $18 night to park in their parking lot! Lot wasn’t even close to anything else where others might be trying to park. Why charge guests?”

I find this to be incredibly annoying, like asking permission or sending notice of thought to be private and personal tasks. On their behalf; it is the second hotel that was missing automatic water capabilities. . .”

“The room was not clean at all, I asked for a new one and was told that they were booked. I took pictures. Then by the next morning staff was told management would contact me about my concerns and they still have not almost 2 weeks later. Everytime I try to call I’m on hold forever then it hangs up by itself”

“Clean room, very spacious. I got the Studio room and it’s was huge! Highly recommended this hotel. Very affordable and convenient right by mall of America. Downfall is just the parking lots…the parking lots was too far apart from going in and out to the room. And you have to pay for parking.”

“Night Employee was rude made it seem like I was a bother to her, Breakfast was a joke Place looked like it maybe going through a remodel (i hope) door going into the bathroom was falling off lock on door to room barely worked had to go back to front desk 4 times cause keys wouldnt work. The lever to get out of on of the doors was broken and falling off hallway smelled of weed I wouldnt recommend staying there especially if you have kids”

“The motel was in a good location and very convenient. The room was very clean and nice. The tub and shower had good hot water, though the pressure was underwhelming, but that is every motel. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. would stay there again.”

“Terrible stay. 5:00 pm - checked in to room 1. AC did not work 5:45 pm - moved to room 2. Strong odor. Toilet flush did not work. 11:55 pm - suggested a alternate room 3. Did a walkthrough and toilet did not flush. 12:30 - moved to room 4. Realized AC not working. Room temperature was around 75 and did not go down. With all the luggages to pack and sleeping kids decided to stay. Was so warm kids was fuzzy and we did not sleep the whole night. Vacated the room around 8 am. Provided all this...

“The customer service was great. The lobby was clean and welcoming. The room was so clean I could not find one thing out of place. There was no carpet which was even more amazing. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was stocked. We did not hear anything above or below us. The breakfast was pretty good, a lot to choose from.”

“The rooms were great, it took a long time to check in. We got there at 4 on a Sunday and it took about 45 minutes to check in. I wanted to swim when I woke up but the pool isnt open on Monday and Tuesday, so that sucked! Breakfast doesn't come with a room you have to walk to the other side of the casino to eat at the restaurant if you want Breakfast”
