“No batteries in tv remote, light fixtures missing and inoperable. A few of outside doors don’t have locks so anyone can come in. Very dated. Breakfast was a sleeve of eggs waffles and juice ”

“I was told I was going to have a bathtub in the king suite and there wasn’t one.. the only reason why I paid that much for the room. In the room, half the lights did not work. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper. and there were sticky wet spots all over the carpet in the room. Also the stick to pull open the blinds broke off. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and the water from the shower made my ears itch. ”

“Rooms are not as described. Someone before us dumped something nasty down the sink and nobody cleaned it up. Dirty. ”
