“My recent stay at this property was deeply disappointing due to a severe lack of cleanliness, neglected maintenance, and unprofessional management. The room itself was in unacceptable condition: the TV didn't work, the bathtub was stopped up and visibly dirty, and the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month. To make matters worse, the smoke alarms kept going off. When no staff bothered to investigate or fix the issue, I was forced to take the unit down myself just to get some peace...

“I was in Hastings to participate in the Run for the Roses 5k and my wife and I stayed at the Confluence. It was all that I had hoped it would be when I booked my stay. The hotel itself was amazing, situated right on the banks of the Mississippi River. The room was fantastic as was the staff. It's close to parks, restaurants and bars all within a few minutes walk. Will DEFINITELY book this hotel when we're in Hastings again”

“The hotel was very nice and quiet. We were informed at check in that there would be an additional $8.00 a night parking fee, something that was not included in the original pricing. Didn’t appreciate the surprise. For two nights it was another $16.00 we didn’t expect. This information should be presented before final booking.”

“Front desk staff was very personable and went out of their way to check us in and greeted us each time we were coming and going. We stayed three nights and the breakfasts main items changed each day. Breakfast staff were cheerful and exceptionally helpful.”

“The who room was decent it's what you would expect especially for the price and not one problem with the staff I just wished other customers would be more responsible with there pet's ”

“No one around when I arrived. Had to wait around for 15min. Front desk person was at the airport picking someone up. No apologies for the wait. Romote in the room didn't turn on the TV . Smelled like urine in the hallway but the room was clean. Curtains were ripped.”
