“They tried to charge my card ELEVEN different times for $50 and they successfully got one of those transactions to go through. I’ve spoken to the manager and the MULTIPLE clerks at the desk. I asked for an itemized sheet when I checked out, they didn’t email it as promise. I have about $200 that they have of mine that I’ve still not gotten back. “Breakfast was supposed to be open at 7am… staff didn’t show so no breakfast at 7am… no option to rent a movie on the television but you also couldn’t hook up a laptop with HDMI to play a movie. Little to no hot water for a shower… in the pictures there is a picture of a hot tub. However, no hot tub only a pool.”
