“Our room was a suite on the 5th floor. Those rooms have very high ceilings, so drapes opened and closed with an electric switch. In the first room #501, the drapes wouldn't close all the way - approx. two feet short. Since the room faced east, this was a problem for getting sleep. The front-desk rep. willingly moved us to another room, #503. Those drapes nearly closed, but left a crack approx. six inches wide. Sure enough, we had sunlight pouring into our room early in the morning. The...

“The carriage house apartment was perfect for a girl’s getaway. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, especially since they were so accommodating with food restrictions/allergies. The beds were comfortable. And we really appreciated the soaking tub. Overall, everything was great. If we return to the area, we’d definitely stay again!”

“I wasn't aware there would be no refrigerator or microwave. It is my fault for not looking at everything on Expedia's website, I've just never stayed somewhere that doesn't offer that. The people staying there were very sketchy and I witnessed an arrest while I was there and later in the fire department showed up. I really didn't feel safe having my mother there so I didn't stay the following evening and we got another hotel in a safer area. ”

“The hot tub wasn't working. The breakfast didn't start until 8, way too late, chains on door and frame was busted, tv kept changing input every time you turned it on and very outdated. ”

“Very nice modern hotel. Did not like paying for parking at a suburban hotel with a huge parking lot. Any chance on giving your customers a break? Hotel bar is good and has yummy food choices. Room is on the smaller side but clean and good mattress. I would stay here again.”
