“Apartment was impeccably clean, updated recently and well-furnished. Smooth concrete floors throughout was the perfect industrial touch. Location is perfect, within a 10-min walk to Target Field and basically anywhere in the trendy North Loop area. Only negative is the alleged “sofa bed” isn’t a true sofa bed at all and rather an uncomfortable small sectional that doesn’t contain a mattress and cannot fit anyone taller than 5’8” lying down. “The apartment is well supplied with everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed the air conditioning as it was hot when we stayed. We would stay again when we visit our daughter who lives nearby. ”

“Such a cute place! It was easy to access and get set up for check in and check out. The only “issue” is that the bed makes a ton of noise when you get into it or if you move while sleeping. We ended up buying a similar mattress pad for home because of how comfy it was though!!!”

“The industrial vibe of this apartment was awesome. The bed was firm but not in a negative way, it was an incredible restful sleep. I even messaged the host to get the details in the bedding and mattress!! The location could not have been better!! Really enjoyed our stay.”

“ Hayden was our best VRBO host ever! We stayed here for a surgery my son had at Children's Minneapolis. Stressed about the surgery, Hayden and his property made it A easier for us. This was closer to the hospital than we thought, literally on the next block. The area is known to be sketchy but the security of the building/room is top notch, felt safe. Super clean, modern, and VERY comfortable, we were ALL happy with our showers (coming from shower snobs). I highly recommend this property!...
