“I picked this hotel for the waterpark inside. We walked to Mall of America everyday we were there, and would go back to the hotel to swim and relax. The pool was quiet at night, and we had a balcony off the 2nd floor. I was quite surprised at how quiet it was and dark once the curtain was closed. Their kitchen was having renovations so breakfast was grab and go, which we did not care for, so we walked to MOA for all 3 meals. “We had a great stay at this hotel. It was clean, quiet and well managed. The only complaint I would have is getting after hours access back into the hotel after the mall closes is extremely difficult. It took us 20 minutes to get out of the mall and back into the hotel we were stressed.”

“This hotel is excellent! We were allowed to check in prior to our arrival. On our way we called to have a crib put in our room. Desk staff was very helpful even though she was the only one working. Kids loved the pool. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Great location near shopping and eating, and easy to find. Great property at a great price!! I’d definitely recommend!!”
