“TV controls really were difficult to use. Otherwise the place was very nice ”

“Though we left at 5am we didnt get breakfast but this one of the best hotels weve stayed at so far! We traveled from canada to Florida and this hotel was the best! Pool area/hot tub and sauna was great! Room was clean, and lots of room! The family was very happy with this stay! The only issues we had was the wifi didnt work the greatest. But thats okay! Was worth the stay!”

“Traveling for work, but unable to get a receipt for my stay. Company card. Now I may have to pay out of pocket because I can’t get ahold of anyone and no one was willing to give me a receipt at check-in and no one was at the desk on my way out to the airport.”

“I wanted to recognize the young woman who staffed the desk for the afternoon shift. It was busy, there were a number of small things (no fault of hers!) that went awry, and she handled it all with grace and courtesy. She told me later it wasn't her usual shift. I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she deserves recognition for her calmness under pressure and her creative problem-solving. ”

“The waterpark is a total rip off. You get a room they give you 4 wristbands that I lets my children use. Fast forward we walk in and I get stopped I need to pay an extra 10 dollars for a band so I can watch my kids. Food prices outrageous, and even though it said complementary breakfast we got a bill for 61 dollars… be careful we also had poop floating in the pool they threw chemicals and just let kids swim in poop water… ”

“I just needed a room and a bed. Didn’t partake of any amenities but the staff treated me well. ”

“Easy to get to from the expressway and conveniently located near plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and grocery stores. The hotel was clean, quiet, and very family-friendly. Breakfast was warm and plentiful each morning, which was a great bonus. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay—I would recommend it. ”

“Parking was easy, check in quick and simple, the room was very dirty with hair in the sheets, and the shower was disgusting with hair and snot covering the shower curtain. ”

“We got to the hotel and the first thing we encountered was a broken elevator so we had to wait 5 minutes for the elevator. We get to the room and there was no bedding available and we called the front desk and asked for them to send some up to us and they asked us to come get them. The next morning the breakfast was bare- there was no hot food available and it was 7:45 in the morning. We go back upstairs to get our stuff and we wanted ice- no ice in the ice machine. It was a very disappointing...

“Servizio gentile e personale sempre disponibile e sorridente. Purtroppo le lenzuola presentavano diverse macchie giallognole - marroncine. Non ci sono prese di corrente né illuminazione sulla scrivania. La colazione prevede solo yoghurt, cereali e latte. Niente uova o bacon”

“The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was limited and out of stock. No muffins or bagels. Took awhile for the hot food to be replenished as well as the waffle mix. Otherwise the hotel was fine for one night.”
