Hotel a Andover

“Overall decent hotel that is located near the convention center, 15 min walk. There is no mini market to get snacks or water. They have vending machines on 2 different floors. The one on the 13th floor didn’t work. The AC in our room didn’t work that great and it was 90+ in the summer. The restaurant in the lobby is wildly overpriced. $16 for a Bacon Egg and Cheese. Aside from all of that we stayed for 3 nights and never received any housekeeping. I don’t know if we were supposed to request...

“Navetta da e per aeroporto utile ma con 2$ si raggiunge comodamente l’hotel dall’aeroporto con il metro tram linea blu che passa ogni 5 minuti. Colazione non inclusa ma il ristorante dell’hotel offre un ottima colazione a prezzi decisamente alti. Offre anche pranzo e cena sempre a prezzi decisamente superiori alla media. Camera pulita e silenziosa anche se un pot datata.”

“We enjoyed our stay at HIE again. We stay here all the time when we fly in and out of Mpls. Rooms are very nice, large and clean. Staff is great, and the shuttle service is very good also. They also have a good breakfast that's included with the room, best we've had at any hotel. We had to take off to early this time for our flight, so didn't get to enjoy it. I did a good cup of coffee to go though. I highly recommend staying here, especially when traveling! 5☆ hotel in my book! 🤗”

“The room was so dirty. Our room was also by an entrance so it was always loud with people coming and going. The mini fridge froze everything we put in it. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“I arrived there at 11:30 at night extremely tired after a long day went into the room to a strong smell of mildew marks all over the walls and all over the door a lock that didn't work and what felt like a set of very old Bedding. At night, the air conditioner sounded like a motorcycle every time it kicked on, but it never actually blew cold air. In the morning, I got up to take a shower and realized there was mold covering the entire ceiling of the bathroom. The hairdryer that was on the wall...

“Very nice clean room”

“The reception desk staff was absolutely stellar. We were on the 6th floor and had quiet, restful sleep. My only feedback is that there is no pool it's a hot tub/sauna in the building next door and a $40/day extra fee for 1-2 people +20 for each additional person wanting to join. You have to purchase day passes at the front to utilize that feature of your stay. I misread the initial booking and was a little confused. Otherwise great experience and location was fabulous/in close proximity to a lot...

“Servizio gentile e personale sempre disponibile e sorridente. Purtroppo le lenzuola presentavano diverse macchie giallognole - marroncine. Non ci sono prese di corrente né illuminazione sulla scrivania. La colazione prevede solo yoghurt, cereali e latte. Niente uova o bacon”

“Only rated ok bc had our dog with us and it’s possible that they just let the room go bc it is marked for pets. The room smells of cat urine, lots of stains on lower bed. We travel with our dogs and have only 1 or 2 places worse than this room. Even lamps were crooked and really stained. Bathroom was fine. Really needs needs better cleaning treatments, new bedding, fix the lamps. Really no reason for a pet room to smell or look like this”
