Hotel a Stacy

“The air conditioning unit wasn’t working properly. Unable to use due to loud clicking off and on. Microwave was broken. TV turned off when the bathroom light was turned on…room 219”

“The room smelled like bug spray, there was mouse poo on one of the beds, there was old food behind the night stand, there were no hangers, no batman, no hand towel, the toilet was gross, the tub had so much hair in it I could have made a wig and under the sink had used kleenex's, some other junk and best of all.. someone else's hat, last but not least the bathroom counter was broken, not just cracked...broken which they attempted to cover up by putting our stained bath towels on. “The hotel was surface clean, I dropped my glasses near the nightstand and there was a ton of old food. Staff was great, hot tub was nice, and there was plenty of parking.”

“Staff was great and cleanliness was good. However, I had my key “rekeyed” 3 times and it I was not able to open my door with it all weekend. The continental breakfast was ok but not spectacular. The jetted tub was difficult to fill and plug so not ideal after hiking all day.”
